BMG is a different kind of consulting company

The foundation of our successful consulting practice is
our practical experience, in the real world
of product development and manufacturing.

We offer the refreshing option of combining
"left-brain" technical comprehension
with articulate "right-brain" objectivity, focus and vision.

BMG's principals are Bruce and Pam Foshay

We are both seasoned professionals with extensive hands-on experience in the demanding environment of contract medical product development and production. Together, we founded BMG Consulting Services in 1999, to offer medical product companies less frustration and disappointment - and faster, better results - from the process of medical product realization.

We also have a network of associates that come onboard with us on an as-needed, sub-contract basis, dependent upon work scope and expertise required for specific projects.

A little more about us...

Bruce is the strategic, visionary partner... and the creative thinker. His background is Product Engineering and the process of bridging projects from Development into Production.   Bruce has thirty-four years of experience, effectively leading and motivating technical teams in R&D, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Production, in variety of environments and industries involving electro-mechanical and electro-optic products for medical, commercial and defense applications. Prior to founding BMG, Bruce held senior management positions with KMC Systems, Inc., Kollsman Instruments, Textron Defense Systems and Raytheon Corporation. He holds several degrees: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, B.S. Marketing and A.S. Commercial Art.

Pam is the judicious, practical-minded partner... and the detailed planner. Her foundation is in Operations, and in building and facilitating successful cross-functional team dynamics. Pam's twenty-four years of experience is in Program Management, Operations & Materials Management, Contracts, Technical Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and Account Management, also in a broad range of development and production business environments involving electro-mechanical instrumentation. Prior to founding BMG, Pam held senior management positions with KMC Systems, Inc. and several different divisions of the General Electric Corporation. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and is a graduate of GE's Manufacturing Management Program.
